Q: How do I get $6 Flat Rate shipping?

A: The shipping method can be chosen (automatically shown, no coupon code needed) after you create an account with us, add items in your shopping cart, select your shipping address, and continue to checkout. Please note that you will be able to review the items in your cart and choose the shipping method you prefer, before you make a payment or checkout. For Economic Shipping Flat Rate, delivery time will vary from 4 to 10 business days or 1 to 2 weeks. This is a flat rate $6 shipping for contiguous U.S. (48 states) excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO. This option is best for customers who wants to buy more and save more on shipping.

Q: Does BentoUSA ship international?

A: We ship to just about all places around the world, for more information about our international shipping please see our international shipping page

Q: When I try to check out with PayPal I keep getting an error with my address, how do I fix this? 

A: Normally when you see this PayPal is checking to make sure that the address is correct based on the USPS address database. If your state, city or street name in your profile for the Billing or Shipping address is abbreviated, this normally will cause the message from PayPal as they cannot confirm that it is a valid address. 


Q:  When I try to checkout the system tells me that one of the items is out of stock

A: There are many hot items that sell out really fast, as you know that the Bento art is fun and healthy and many people around the world active into it, so this causes many of the items to go out of stock very fast, to know which items is out of stock click on the cart button on the right side of your screen, you are then presented with a list of items that are in your cart, look for an item with outofstock the Avail colum, this item is no longer in stock and you will need to remove it from your cart before you can continue to checkout.  If you ever have any questions please feel to always contact us.


Q: Payment via eCheck

A: We accept payment via eCheck. It can take several business days for your eCheck transfer to complete and the recipient can use the funds from your payment. Your eCheck payment does not appear in your recipient's balance until the transfer is complete.  For order with eCheck payment, packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Here are estimates based on which country your bank account is from.

- U.S. - up to 4 business days 
- Canada - up to 8 business days 
- UK, Europe - up to 9 business days 
- Australia, Asia - 7-8 business days
- Other countires - up to 9 business days

Q: I have a coupon Code how to I apply it to my order?

A: Once you are ready to check out, click on the Cart button located on the top of your screen and "View Cart". Below product details, you will see a box called “Vouchers”, type your coupon code in and click on the "OK" button. The System will come back and let you know if the coupon code that you have entered is valid. It the code is valid, the promotion will show up in your shopping cart summary.

Q: Where can I find a coupon?

A: At times we will send out coupons to our signed up newsletter fans, FaceBook, Instagram, and Twitter followers.  Ensure to signup for all our social networking outlets to get in inside scoop.

Q: How often do you get new products and restock old products?

A: We are constantly restocking items. We receive items by the load so it takes time for our warehouse sorters to inventory and inspect the items. Once the products are checked in we update our inventory, if the item is new we forward them to our photographer, which takes the pictures and places them online. The turnaround for new items takes a bit longer as we want to ensure that we capture the details of the product from image, description, size and material.

Q: How can I get in the inside scoop of when new things come in?

A: We at All Thing For Sale want to keep our customers in the loop of all the new and cute products that are coming in so we suggest all our All Thing For Sale customers to fallow us on FaceBook , Twitter as well as signup for our newsletter.
